Sharon Carolan

Sharon is a member of both The Hamilton-Burlington and Toronto Real Estate Boards and has vast knowledge of real estate markets throughout the Halton, Hamilton, Niagara, Peel and Toronto areas.

Sharon maintains a base of loyal clients who are her biggest advocates. Sharon’s client relationships span all demographics. With each client whom she partners with, she is consistent in her level of care and attentive service. By keeping informed on all aspects of real estate, Sharon is able to provide clients with quality advice and relevant counsel,

Prior to entering the world of real estate, Sharon was the Founder and Executive Director of a successful, non-profit organization that provides services for children and families in the Halton area. She has always been a strong advocate for better Early Childhood Education and was a board member for The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care for many years. Sharon is a past recipient of The Association of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario’s Children’s Services Award. Her background working with people, combined with her education in child studies and arts and design, has greatly influenced her ability to work effectively with people from all walks of life. She listens closely in order to help clients succeed and contributes to a calm, positive experience with buying or selling. Sharon has achieved an award winning level of sales every year since starting in real estate. In 2017 Sharon was within the top 2% sales level, nationally, for Royal LePage. In 2018 she received the Royal LePage, Lifetime Sales Achievement Award. In 2019, Sharon attained her Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation in an effort to better help the ever growing number of clients in the 60 plus age group.

Sharon is an avid runner and has completed many of the top marathons including qualifying for and running The Boston Marathon, The New York City Marathon and The Chicago Marathon. She has been a race volunteer and board member for The Burlington Runners Club for the past 15 years and a board member and board chair for The Fit, Active, Beautiful Foundation (FAB) from 2011 until 2017. She continues with “FAB” as a proud sponsor and member of their 5K Community Challenge Race Committee.

Sharon grew up in Etobicoke and Mississauga and has lived in Oakville and Burlington. She currently lives in the Kirkendall area of Hamilton with her husband Tom, with whom she shares 6 wonderful kids and their two little dogs, Rosie and Lucy.
