Sharon Carolan

Sharon’s consistent effort to provide caring, attentive and exemplary service to her clients has allowed her to successfully build an outstanding business based on working by referral. Sharon strives to keep informed regarding all aspects of real estate so that she can provide her clients with quality advice and relevant counsel. She has built a base of loyal, repeat clients who are pleased to pass her name along to anyone they know who is thinking about a move. The result has been an award winning level of service every year since her first year in real estate. In 2017, Sharon’s sales level was top 2% nationally for Royal LePage.

Sharon’s demeanour when interacting with buyers, sellers, real estate and service professionals sets a calming tone. A background working with people in both the arts and children’s services, prior to becoming a Real Estate Sales Representative, has greatly influenced her ability to work effectively with her clients. Sharon listens closely in order to help them succeed, with a positive experience, when they purchase or sell. From first time buyers to downsizers and investors, Sharon’s experience expands all age groups and needs.

Sharon is a member of both The Hamilton-Burlington and Toronto Real Estate Boards and she has a vast knowledge of real estate markets throughout The Greater Toronto and Greater Hamilton Areas. While Hamilton and Burlington are her most active markets, she also sells homes in areas including Oakville, Toronto, Mississauga, Milton, Brantford, Kitchener and Guelph.

Her community involvement and volunteer work spans many years. She has been a race volunteer and board member for The Burlington Runners Club for the past 14 years and a board member and board chair for The Fit, Active, Beautiful Foundation (FAB) from 2011 until 2017. She continues with “FAB” as a proud sponsor and member of their 5K Community Challenge Race Committee. Prior to getting into real estate Sharon was a board member and active advocate for The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care. She is a past recipient of The Association of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario’s, Children’s Services Award.

Sharon is an avid runner and has completed many of the top marathons including qualifying for and running The Boston Marathon, The New York City Marathon and The Chicago Marathon.

Sharon grew up in Etobicoke and Mississauga and has lived in Oakville and Burlington. She currently lives in the Kirkendall area of Hamilton with her husband and two beautiful little dogs, Rosie and Lucy.

Doug Beach

Doug has been living in Hamilton since graduating from McMaster University with B.A.s in Sociology and Social Work. His career in Social Work has been mainly in Mental Health with a focus on Emergency Psychiatry. He has been employed at both Hamilton Health Sciences and St. Joseph’s Hospitals in Hamilton as well as with Trillium Health Partners in Mississauga. Throughout his work he has always been a caring and compassionate individual who is client focused, an active listener and persistently looking to achieve the most positive of outcomes. Doug has enhanced skills and strengths in communication, organization and advocacy that he brings with him as he embarks on his new career in Real Estate Sales.

Growing up in Niagara, living in Hamilton and having worked in the GTA for many years, Doug is confident in his knowledge of the real estate market throughout and beyond the Golden Horseshoe.

Doug has been living with his family, in Hamilton’s Kirkendall neighborhood for over 30 years and has witnessed the evolution of Hamilton. Raising 3 children, he and his wife have been actively involved in the community and enthusiastically taking advantage of the greater Hamilton area and its multiple attributes. These include the features associated with being within the Niagara Escarpment, the exploding restaurant scenes, the uniqueness of each BIA, the organized sports, the academic choices, the evolving bay front, the proximity to Toronto and Niagara and numerous other qualities.
Doug is in his element when he is cooking and entertaining family and friends. He also likes to take advantage of the many cycling/hiking trails throughout the area, he travels and is focused on staying fit.

Doug is enthusiastically looking forward to his new career in Real Estate and he is keen on assisting and supporting others in one of the most important decisions of their life.

Sabrina Riehl

Sabrina was born and raised in Hamilton before moving to Waterloo to continue her education with a degree in Social Work. Once completing her education Sabrina quickly moved back to the Hamilton area with her husband and adorable puppy, Reed, to begin her real estate career. Sabrina’s passion for the city is evident and she combines it with her knowledge and intent to redefine real estate by offering a superior level of service to her clients. 

Sabrina enjoys giving back to her community and is a past recipient of the Hamilton Spectator Youth Volunteer of the Year Award for her charitable work in support of McMaster Children’s Hospital
